A Choice of suites ?
`Le Patus` - Front elevation.
The spacious Roussanne suite completed in 2008 or the more modest Marsanne suite. The choice is yours ? The villa is situated in a quiet lane on the southern edge of the medieval village of Faugeres from which the local wine appellation takes its name. The villa has a calm south facing aspect overlooking the vineyards and countryside. The centre of the village is just 5 minutes walk away. There are pleasant gardens and terraces at the front and rear of the property that guests are encouraged to use.
Roussanne Suite.
Roussanne suite is well appointed and overlooks the rear courtyard. The bedroom contains a king size bed(6 foot) which can be split into two singles if required. A radio/alarm clock is provided in the bedroom. Towels, bath robes and a hair dryer are supplied. Within the lounge are comfortable easy chairs to seat four persons plus adequate storage space for your personnel items, a table and four chairs where breakfast can be taken if so desired, a 32 inch TV with DVD/CD/Video player and a fridge. The suite has its own garaging with access to the suite from the garage. There is a portable air conditioning unit within the suite and each room has its own heater. You will be provided with your own set of keys to come and go as you please. Please note that there are no cooking facilities within the suite.
Marsanne Suite.
Marsanne suite is well appointed with a standard sized double bed, ensuite shower room with wash basin and WC. Towels, bath robes and a hair dryer are supplied. A separate kitchenette area exists with tea and coffee making facilities. A fridge situated just outside the suite is available for use. There are electric heaters in the shower room and bedroom areas. You will be provided with you own key to come and go as you please. Within the bedroom is a 14 inch TV with DVD/CD player and a radio/alarm clock. Please note that there are no cooking facilities within the suite.
